Steak Fajitas

Recipe:

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dash hot pepper sauce
A few drops of Liquid Smoke seasoning
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Juice from 1/2 a lime
Eight 6-inch Tamxico's Fajita Size tortillas, warmed or at room temperature
Cooking Directions:

In a medium bowl combine:
Worcestershire sauce
vinegar
Soy Sauce
Chili Powder
Garlic
Hot Pepper Sauce
Place steak in marinade, turning once to coat.
Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Add the onion and green pepper; sauté about 3 minutes.
Remove vegetables from pan.
Add steak strips to the pan, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the onion and green pepper back to heat through.
Remove from heat
Sprinkle with lime juice.
Place mixture in heated serving bowl or platter to pass among guests;
(allowing two tortillas per serving.)
